The Junior 2020 includes the new 1/16 machined spacer for centering on 7/8″ wood.
Additionally the latest production Junior features larger brass adjustment knobs with improved knurling, and improved packaging.
It is fully upgradeable to the Classic system by purchasing additional parts or a complete upgrade package.
Clamp is no longer included.

This is the most accurate and underrated woodworking tool in existence. I bought the Dowelmax Jr. and the 1/4″ drill guide package, I am retired and cheap, but I now see how the Dowelmax Classic could be even more useful. Dowelmax or Jim will give you your money back within 30 days should you be unhappy ( but, you will not be sending this tool back, trust me.) When one calls to order, you will probably be speaking to Jim’s wife, a extreamly nice person with a beautiful personality and very helpful. This is a family run business. Their service and product is excellent and I could not recomend them any higher. 6 Stars out of 5.
